🖥️ Remote Support Instructions

Follow these simple steps so we can help you remotely

Open your web browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.) and go to:

Make sure you are logged into your Google account.

If this is your first time, you'll need to add the Chrome Remote Desktop extension. Click Add to Chrome.

A popup will appear asking for permission. Click Add extension.

Click Accept & Install to download the installer file.

⚠️ If you see a security warning about the download, click Download unverified file or Keep — this file is safe and from Google.

Find the downloaded file chromeremotedesktophost.msi in your Downloads folder and double-click it to install.

Follow any prompts to complete the installation.

Once installed, go back to the browser and click the + Generate Code button.

A 12-digit code will appear on your screen. Tell us this code over the phone or send it to us.

ℹ️ The code expires in 5 minutes. If it expires, just click "Generate Code" again to get a new one.

When we connect, you'll see a prompt asking to confirm. Click Share to allow us access.

⚠️ Every 30 minutes you may be asked to confirm you still want to share your screen. Just click "Continue" to keep the session going.
